GOALOKA EVENTS 2025-2026

1. TICKET PURCHASES & REFUNDS

1. All ticket sales are final. Tickets once purchased cannot be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances.
2. In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organizers due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified via email and offered either a full refund or tickets to a rescheduled date.
3. Ticket prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, purchased tickets will honor the price paid at the time of booking.
4. An internet handling fee and payment gateway charges may be levied per ticket. The total amount payable will be clearly displayed before final payment confirmation.
5. Tickets are non-transferable except through official transfer mechanisms provided by the organizer. Unauthorized resale or transfer may result in ticket cancellation without refund.

2. EVENT ACCESS & ENTRY

1. Entry to the event is strictly by valid ticket only. Each ticket admits one person unless otherwise specified (e.g., couple passes, group tickets).
2. Attendees must carry a valid government-issued photo ID along with their ticket (digital or printed) for verification at entry.
3. We recommend arriving at least 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled session time to allow for registration, security checks, and smooth entry.
4. The organizers reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person from the venue who fails to comply with these terms, venue rules, or whose conduct is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.
5. Re-entry privileges, if any, will be clearly communicated on your ticket. General admission tickets typically do not permit re-entry once you exit the venue.
6. Separate tickets or passes may be required for specific workshops, sessions, or VIP experiences. Please verify your ticket type and included access.

3. EVENT DATES & SCHEDULE

1. The event will take place from December 31, 2024, to January 4, 2025, across four days of transformative experiences.
2. Daily timings, workshop schedules, and activity calendars will be communicated to ticket holders via email and posted at the venue.
3. Event timings, schedules, workshop topics, speaker lineups, and activities are subject to change at the sole discretion of the organizers without prior notice.
4. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to notify attendees of any significant schedule changes through email or on-site announcements.
5. No refunds or compensation will be provided for missed sessions, workshops, or activities due to schedule changes or personal circumstances.

4. FOOD, BEVERAGES & OUTSIDE ITEMS

1. Outside food, beverages, and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited inside the event venue unless explicitly stated otherwise.
2. Food and beverage stalls will be available on-site throughout the event. All sales at stalls are subject to the individual vendor’s policies.
3. The organizers are not responsible for the quality, safety, or pricing of food and merchandise sold by third-party vendors at the event.
4. Attendees with specific dietary restrictions or allergies are advised to check with vendors before purchasing food items.

5. PERSONAL BELONGINGS & LIABILITY

1. Attendees are solely responsible for the safety and security of their personal belongings at all times during the event.
2. The organizers, venue, staff, and volunteers will not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to personal property or belongings.
3. Designated cloakroom or bag storage facilities, if available, are provided as a courtesy. The organizers assume no liability for items stored in these facilities.
4. Valuable items such as jewelry, electronics, cash, and important documents should be kept on your person or left at home.
5. Lost and found services will be available at the information desk. Items unclaimed within 30 days may be donated or disposed of.

6. HEALTH, SAFETY & CONDUCT

1. Attendees participate in all event activities, workshops, and experiences at their own risk.
2. The organizers are not liable for any injury, illness, or medical condition that may arise during the event, whether related to participation in activities or otherwise.
3. Attendees with pre-existing medical conditions, physical limitations, or health concerns should consult with medical professionals before participating in any strenuous activities or workshops.
4. Basic first aid facilities will be available on-site. In case of medical emergencies, attendees should immediately contact event staff or proceed to the nearest medical facility.
5. Disruptive behavior, harassment, violence, or any conduct that interferes with the enjoyment of others or violates applicable laws will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.
6. The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances on the premises is strictly prohibited and may result in removal and legal action.
7. Attendees are expected to treat all staff, volunteers, vendors, speakers, and fellow attendees with respect and courtesy.

7. PHOTOGRAPHY, VIDEOGRAPHY & CONTENT

1. By attending the event, you grant the organizers and their authorized representatives permission to photograph, film, and record you during the event.
2. These images, videos, and recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, social media, and archival purposes without compensation to attendees.
3. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform event staff, who will provide you with an opt-out badge.
4. Personal photography and videography for non-commercial use is permitted in designated areas only. Flash photography may be restricted during certain sessions.
5. Commercial photography, videography, or recording without prior written permission from the organizers is strictly prohibited.
6. Live streaming, recording, or distribution of workshop content, speaker presentations, or proprietary materials is prohibited and may result in removal and legal action.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USAGE

1. All content presented at the event, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, videos, audio recordings, and written materials, is the intellectual property of the organizers, speakers, or respective copyright holders.
2. Attendees may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any event content without explicit written permission.
3. Personal notes taken during sessions are for individual use only and may not be shared publicly or commercially.

9. MINORS & SUPERVISION

1. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian at all times.
2. The organizers reserve the right to restrict access to certain workshops, activities, or areas that may not be suitable for minors.
3. Parents and guardians are solely responsible for the safety, conduct, and supervision of minors under their care.
4. Unaccompanied minors may be removed from the venue and handed over to appropriate authorities.

10. PROHIBITED ITEMS & SECURITY

1. For the safety and security of all attendees, the following items are strictly prohibited at the venue:

• Weapons of any kind (including knives, firearms, or replicas)
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Outside alcohol
• Laser pointers
• Professional recording equipment without authorization
• Pets (except service animals – see Section 11)
• Drones or remote-controlled devices
• Large bags or luggage (size restrictions may apply)
• Any item deemed dangerous or disruptive by security personnel

1. All attendees and their belongings are subject to security screening at entry points.
2. Attendees who refuse security screening will be denied entry without refund.
3. Security personnel have the authority to confiscate prohibited items. Confiscated items will not be returned.

11. SERVICE ANIMALS & ACCESSIBILITY

1. Service animals assisting attendees with disabilities are welcome at the event and must remain leashed or harnessed at all times.
2. Pet animals, emotional support animals, or therapy animals (that are not certified service animals) are not permitted.
3. The organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide accessibility accommodations. Attendees requiring special assistance should contact the organizers at least 72 hours in advance.

12. SUSTAINABILITY & ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

1. This is a zero-waste initiative event. Attendees are encouraged to minimize waste and use designated recycling, composting, and waste segregation stations throughout the venue.
2. Single-use plastics are discouraged. Please bring reusable water bottles and bags where possible.
3. Littering or improper waste disposal may result in penalties or removal from the venue.

13. FORCE MAJEURE & EVENT CHANGES

1. The organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions
• Public health emergencies or pandemics
• Government restrictions or venue unavailability
• Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
• Technical failures or safety concerns

1. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future event.
2. In the event of postponement, tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates. Refunds may be offered if the new dates are not suitable.
3. The organizers are not liable for any indirect costs incurred by attendees such as travel, accommodation, or other expenses related to attending the event.

14. VENDOR & STALL POLICIES

1. Multiple vendors and stalls will be present offering workshops, products, services, and experiences.
2. All transactions with vendors are directly between the attendee and the vendor. The organizers are not responsible for vendor products, services, quality, or disputes.
3. Vendor contact information will be available at the information desk for post-event inquiries or issues.
4. Attendees are advised to review vendor-specific terms and conditions before making purchases.

15. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

1. Personal information collected during ticket purchase and registration will be used solely for event management, communication, and security purposes.
2. Your information may be shared with venue partners, security personnel, and service providers as necessary for event operations.
3. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to receiving event-related communications via email, SMS, or phone.
4. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but essential event notifications will still be sent.
5. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16. TICKET RESALE & FRAUD

1. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale, auction sites, or third parties may be invalid and will not be honored.
2. Any resale or attempted resale of tickets above face value or through unauthorized channels may result in ticket cancellation without compensation.
3. The organizers reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or duplicate tickets without refund.
4. Please purchase tickets only through official authorized channels.

17. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1. By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the attendee and the organizers.
3. The organizers reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be communicated via email and posted on the official website.
4. Continued attendance or participation after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
