Goaloka Community Guidelines
Founder
To give you the essence of Goaloka Foundation, it can be defined as:
A community where each person defines and achieves their own goals, and discovers their own life’s purpose — with guidance, support, and shared reflection.
Everyone has different goals — from daily habits to long-term dreams.
Everyone is also searching, in their own way, for something deeper — their own life’s purpose.
At Goaloka, we don’t tell you what your goals or purpose should be.
But we also don’t leave you to figure it out alone.
We honor all worldviews — spiritual, secular, or evolving.
As long as you’re sincere in your growth, you’re welcome here.
Keeping this essence of Goaloka Foundation- A Corporate Social Responsibility initiative by OrgOrbit in mind, the community guidelines have been defined in the best interests of the community.
Goaloka Community Guidelines
1. Define your own goals. Respect others’ paths.
Your journey is unique, shaped by your lived experiences, values, and inner calling. We encourage members to set intentions that truly resonate with them. At the same time, we honor the individuality of every person here—no two paths will ever look the same, and that’s the beauty of it.
2. There is no one way. Each journey is personal.
What works for one person may not work for another, and that diversity is an essential part of our collective wisdom. We invite you to explore at your own pace and in your own style. Comparison is unnecessary; authenticity is everything.
3. Purpose is discovered — not prescribed.
Purpose emerges through reflection, experimentation, and lived experience. It is not something anyone can hand to you, nor something that must be figured out instantly. Share your unfolding, your questions, and your observations—not fixed conclusions presented as universal truths.
4. Support is sacred. Advice is optional.
Listening with presence is often more valuable than offering solutions. Before giving advice, check if the other person is open to it—it shows respect and emotional intelligence. We value spaces where people feel held rather than corrected.
5. Ask before offering feedback. Listen more than you speak.
Everyone’s emotional landscape is different, and unsolicited feedback can unintentionally cause harm. Seeking consent before sharing your views creates safety and trust. Aim to understand before responding; deep listening is a powerful act of care.
6. Spirituality is welcome, but not required.
Whether you identify as spiritual, scientific, curious, or simply exploring, you belong here. We embrace a spectrum of beliefs and practices without hierarchy. What matters most is openness, sincerity, and mutual respect.
7. We honor all beliefs — from theistic to scientific to searching.
This is a pluralistic space where many worldviews can coexist with dignity. You don’t need to fit into a particular label or tradition to be part of Goaloka. Bring the version of yourself that feels most real and grounded.
8. Consistency beats intensity.
Transformation rarely comes from one grand moment—it grows through small, steady steps. Show up regularly in whatever capacity you can, even if it’s gentle or imperfect. Over time, tiny habits accumulate into meaningful change.
9. Show up gently. Growth is a rhythm, not a race.
There is no competition, deadline, or pressure to “level up.” Honor your pacing, rest when needed, and allow your process to unfold naturally. You’re not late; you’re right on time.
10. No forced positivity. No shame for setbacks.
Real life contains highs and lows—and both are welcome here. You don’t have to pretend to be fine or suppress your feelings. This is a space where vulnerability is met with empathy, not judgment.
11. This is a safe space for real emotions — held with care.
Emotional honesty helps build genuine community. When you share, you allow others to feel less alone, and when you listen, you offer healing without trying to fix anyone. Together, we create an atmosphere of compassion and trust.
12. Use your real name or a conscious alias.
Authenticity matters, whether expressed through your given name or a chosen identity that reflects who you are becoming. What we avoid is hiding behind anonymity in ways that enable harm. Be yourself—honestly, respectfully, and with integrity.
13. Be honest. Be human. Anonymity is respected, not abused.
If you choose an alias, use it with responsibility. Every identity here—named or unnamed—deserves to feel seen and safe. Let truth guide your interactions.
14. This is not a therapy space.
We are a community of peers, not licensed professionals. While reflection, sharing, and mutual support are encouraged, diagnosing or treating mental health concerns is beyond our scope. For clinical needs, professional help is essential.
15. We reflect. We don’t diagnose.
Our role is to witness and support—not to label, interpret, or prescribe. The most healing thing we can offer is compassion and presence.
16. Celebrate others’ wins — without comparison.
When someone grows, succeeds, or finds clarity, their victory enriches the whole community. Celebrate wholeheartedly without turning it into a measure of your own progress. There is no leaderboard in life’s purpose—only shared inspiration.
17. Everything here is shared in trust.
Our conversations, stories, and vulnerabilities are sacred. They are not content to be screenshotted, shared, or taken outside without explicit consent. Protecting each other’s privacy is the foundation of psychological safety.
18. No screenshots. No gossip. No exploitation. Soul safety is non-negotiable.
Respecting boundaries is not optional. We commit to safeguarding every individual’s voice, journey, and personal truth. In Goaloka, trust is the highest currency.
